Halloweeners…on the footsteps of Dracula !!!

Day 1 (25.10): Bucharest. Transfer from the International Airport Bucharest Otopeni to Hotel 4*+. Festive dinner and accommodation at Hotel 4*+.

Day 2 (26.10): Bucharest. Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of the city, including visits at the Palace of Parliament, the Village Museum, the Patriarchal Complex, the Former Old Princely Court. Departure to Sinaia. Accommodation at Hotel 4* in Sinaia. Dinner in Sinaia.

Day 3 (27.10): Sinaia. Breakfast. Visits at Peles & Pelisor Castle, Sinaia monastery. Departure to Bran. Visit at Bran Castle (Dracula Castle). Departure to Brasov, via Poiana Brasov, the most important winter sports resort from Romania. Sightseeing tour of the Brasov city, including The Black Church, The Council Hall Square, St. Nicholas Church, Schei District (architectural reservation). Accommodation at Hotel 4*. Special dinner with wine tasting and folklore show in „The Carpathian Stag” wine cellar in Brasov.

Day 4 (28.10): Brasov. Breakfast. Departure to Sighisoara. Sightseeing tour of the fortress (mediaeval fortress, the only one in Europe still fully inhabited, included in the UNESCO’s List of World Heritage). Lunch in the house where Vlad Dracul was born. Departure to Sibiu. In the afternoon, sightseeing tour of the Sibiu city, including the historical centre, the Little Square, the Big Square, Liar’s Bridge. Dinner and accommodation at Hotel 3* in Sibiu.

Day 5 (29.10): Sibiu. Breakfast. Visit the Bruckental Art Museum. Departure to Sibiel, and visit the „Glass Icons Museum” from here. Back to Sibiu for lunch.
In the afternoon, relaxing in the Dumbrava Park, where one can fiind the ASTRA Museum of Traditional Romanian Folk Civilisations. Dinner and accommodation at Hotel 3* from Sibiu.

Day 6 (30.10): Sibiu. Breakfast. Departure to Alba Iulia. Short visit of the mediaeval fortress. Departure to Cluj Napoca. Sightseeing tour of the city, including the Ethnographic Museum of Transilvania. Dinner and accommodation at Hotel 3* in Cluj Napoca.

Day 7 (31.10): „On the footsteps of Jonathan Harker”
Follow the same route as Jonathan Harker, the main character from the Bram Stocker’s Novell, at the first contact with Dracula’s Castle.
Cluj Napoca. Breakfast. Departure to Bistrita, with a short break in Dej. Special „Jonathan Harker” lunch in the „Golden Crown” Hotel in Bistrita. Departure to Dracula Castle in „Borgo Pass”. Accommodation and festive Dracula dinner in Dracula Castle Hotel 3*. Dracula show & Halloween Party.

Day 8 (01.11): Piatra Fantanele. Breakfast. Departure to Bistrita. Sightseeing tour of the city. Departure toTargu Mures. Dinner and accommodation at Hotel 3* in Targu Mures. Sightseeing tour of the city, including the mediaeval stronghold and the historical centre (Catholic and Ortodox Cathedrals)

Day 9 (02.11): Targu Mures. Breakfast. Departure to Praid. Visit in the arranged salt mine (underground church, resting places, children’s playground, ping-pong tables etc.). Short break in Corund for the open air pottery exhibition. Departure to Sinaia, via Prejmer, where we visit the fortified church (included on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List). Accommodation in Sinaia, at Hotel 4* or similar.

Day 10: (03.11): Sinaia. Breakfast. Departure to Ploiesti. Visit the Clocks Museum „Nicolae Simache”. Departure to Snagov. Visit the Snagov Monastery, placed on an island in the middle of Snagov Lake, where we can find the Dracula’s tombstone. Accommodation in Bucharest, at Hotel 4*+. Festive dinner in the hotel’s restaurant.

Day 11 (04.11): Bucharest. Breakfast. Transfer to the International Airport Bucharest Otopeni, for your flight home.
